Web Site Forwarding
WebAvenues Domains's Web Site Forwarding service allows you to forward your domains to any other web site. This is particularly useful if you have content hosted at addresses that are long or hard to remember. For example, yourdomain.com could point to something like http://members.freeservice.com/members/~yourwebsite/. In this example, you customers or friends would only have to type yourdomain.com to reach the long address.
We offer two types of forwarding: masked and unmasked. Unmasked Forwarding allows users to type your domain name address (www.yourdomain.com) into their browser's address bar and simply redirects them to any other web site of your choosing. Masked Forwarding does the same thing but the web site entered into the address bar of the users' browser stays displayed as www.yourdomain.com, even while they are viewing pages on the second web site.
You can add Web Site Forwarding to your domains during checkout. To add Web Site Forwarding to an existing domain, visit your account management.
